PARTS SEARCHING & ORDERING
I can't my part on your website!
If you've tried searching your floor scrubber or sweepers' model or the part number with no results, send us a quick message -firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include any information about your floor care equipment or part needed. We will send over a price quote and/or availability of your parts within 24 hours.
Do you expedite shipping?
You bet! If a part is in stock we can provide you a quote on overnight shipping. Send us a message (email@example.com) with your part numbers and we will provide you with a quote!
I need to order multiple parts - help!
No problem at all... If you have a list of parts you need a quote on, feel free to send it to our team and we will provide you a free quote with shipping. Please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What shipping methods are available?
All parts are shipped with standard ground shipping from UPS, FEDEX, or USPS depending on the item. We have (3) flat-rate shipping categories depending on the size and weight of the item - (Small, Medium, or Large). We offer free economy shipping any orders over $199. Discount is applied at checkout. If you need expedited shipping, please send us a message - email@example.com and we will provide you a quote on overnight service, 2-day, etc.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not support international shipping, but will be expanding our shipping methods in the coming months.
How long will it take to receive my package?
We will make every effort to ship your order the same day you place it. Depending on your location, transit times can vary. We will provide tracking information after shipping and will keep you updated if there are any issues with your order.
What payment methods are accepted?
We want to make purchasing floor care equipment supplies as easy as possible. For this reason, we have multiple ways to pay for your order. Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal are options for payment. We also offer the option to "Pay on Account" (pending approval) with a purchase order number.
Is it safe to purchase your items on this site?
Yes, you can be confident in our site security and payment transactions. We will also not use or sell your information to any third-party. Our site is actively monitored and is up-to-date with the latest consumer protection software.
ORDERS & RETURNS
How do I place an order?
Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, fill out the information form, and place your order. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order ships. If you have any questions during the process, you can always give us a call or email us - firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I cancel, or change, my order?
Send us a message, or give us a call, if you need to cancel your order and we will take care of it for you.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can also purchase our products online via credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You are however, welcome to open an account with payment terms, subject to credit approval. Setting up an account is a great way to easily re-order the common wear parts for your floor care equipment.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information and important shipping updates regarding your order as soon as it departs the warehouse. You can also conveniently track your order right on our homepage, under the tab "order tracking".
How can I return my order?
Returns will be accepted for parts that are unused, in their original packaging, and shipped back to us within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. If you are unsure about an order, or have any questions, please send us a message or call.
